Ryan Engineering can
perform the following services:
Hazard Inventory. This initial step is rather low cost. RE will
provide a report of the potential hazards.
Design Hazard Analysis. RE will identify which hazards will
present the greatest risk for injury. We use a number of tools
to identify the potential hazards including: Injury Data Statistics;
Human Factors; Forseeable Use; Physical Hazard, Failure, Flammability,
and Electrical Hazard Analysis.
Design solutions to reduce hazards. This is the challenging
part of the process. We have years of experience in making products
safer. Implement the design. This includes creation of a prototype,
testing of the prototype, and manufacturing set up.
